Themis

Titan Goddess of divine law and order and customs. Roman name Justitia.She is also known as a prophetic goddess. Daughter of Mother Gaia and Lord Uranus, sister to the titans, Cyclopes, Hekatoncheries. Mother to Horae, Fates, Dike, Eirene and Eumomia by Lord Zeus. She was Zeus's second wife. I know Lady Themis is depicted blindfolded but I drew her not blindfolded because her being blindfolded means blinded justice. I think the term blindfolded comes from the fact that Lady Themis could be blind.
